Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure you have the following:

• Atlassian Jira account with Product Discovery projects.

• Admin permissions to install apps from the Atlassian Marketplace.

• IdeaHub app installed from the Atlassian Marketplace.

Installation

1. Install IdeaHub from the Atlassian Marketplace:

• Navigate to the Atlassian Marketplace.

• Search for “IdeaHub”.

• Click “Install” and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

2. Access IdeaHub:

• Once installed, you can access IdeaHub from the Jira Apps menu.

Using IdeaHub

Step 1: Select Projects

1. Open IdeaHub:

• Navigate to the Apps menu in Jira and select “IdeaHub”.

2. Select Projects:

• On the main page, you will be prompted to select Jira Product Discovery projects.

• Use the dropdown menu to choose one or more projects where you want IdeaHub to find duplicate and similar ideas.

• Click “Submit” to save your selections.
