• An CloudId issued by Atlassian and used to authenticate as “IdeaHub” with your Cloud Instance.
Metadata of Issues & Projects (stored)
In order to operate, we store the following Metadata:
• Issue Key
• Project Name
• Project Id
• Similarity Scores between issues
Summary of Issues (only processed - not stored)
In order to operate, we process the following Issue content:
• Summary of issue
We do not store this data besides what is mentioned in the Metadata section.
Data on your Atlassian Cloud instance is collected upon installation.
We also use Forge event triggers for similarity updates and additional data processing activities whenever a new issue is created, updated, or deleted. This ensures that we always show relevant information.
